Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.

Is self check-in available?

Yes. Self check-in is available every day. Access codes and check-in guidelines are sent on the day of arrival, no later than 15:00 (3pm).

Does the building have an elevator?

Yes. The building has an elevator up to the 5th floor. The 6th floor is accessed by one flight of stairs.

Is parking available?

There is no private parking at the property. Paid street parking is available in the area during the day.

Can I store my luggage?

Yes. Luggage storage is available during reception hours, for early arrivals or after check-out, subject to availability.

No. All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking inside the apartment may incur an additional deep-cleaning fee.

Do the apartments have a kitchenette?

• Performance of the accommodation contract established between the guest and VC Heritage

Your data may be shared only with entities strictly necessary for service provision, namely:

• Booking platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Talkguest, among others), operating under their own privacy policies
• Contracted service providers, such as Stripe (payments), cleaning services, accounting, and consultancy providers
• Public authorities, where legally required (such as SEF or the Tax Authority)

No personal data will be sold or improperly shared for commercial purposes.

5. Storage and security:
Personal data is stored securely within protected systems, including the Talkguest platform and associated payment and management services.
VC Heritage implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and security.
